Teak and Mahogany must be contacted prior to any arrangement being made with regard to returning any product in line with our return policy.
- Customers must present their receipt when requesting an exchange.
- Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase to furniture that is:
- unused
- undamaged
- Exchanges cannot be made to furniture that is damaged resulting from:
- misuse
- abuse
- or normal wear and tear
- Exchanges cannot be made to furniture that has been customised to a customers specifications or received any coating.
Sunbrella Fabric
The warranty does not include failure or damage to:
- Non-residential use and shall not apply to commercial or contract use.
- Stains caused by tanning lotions or other chemicals.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
- Misuse, negligence , alteration, abuse or accidents
- Acts of nature, including fire, wind and freeze damage.
